At Cumbrian Outbound, we take an holistic, child-centred approach to the care we provide, and ensure that every referral is met with a tailored and effective provision for each young person.

We’re here to support you in identifying the most appropriate options for children and young people – whether it’s an urgent placement or part of a planned transition.

We work closely with placing authorities to establish clear objectives and outcomes for each child or young person from the outset. We hold ourselves and the wider professional network to high standards, ensuring everyone involved plays their part in helping young people thrive and reach their potential.

Following a referral, the Manager will work closely with the allocated Social Worker to gather all necessary information. This enables a thorough assessment of whether the placement can appropriately meet the young person’s needs.
